About the Role Our client, a leading multinational business, is seeking an International Tax Manager to join their in-house tax team on a remote basis.
Reporting to the Senior International Tax Manager, this role will involve providing comprehensive support for the acquired sub-group within Europe. Your responsibilities will span across multiple areas, ensuring tax compliance and value addition for the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee tax compliance and transfer pricing compliance activities for the European acquired sub-group of companies.
- Engage in ad hoc regional tax advisory projects, including involvement in M&A activity, corporate structuring, and facilitation of cash repatriation.
- Offer support and guidance to regional colleagues in addressing tax queries from the business.
- Deliver value-adding tax solutions by ensuring the timely completion of projects for various stakeholders.
- Manage and mitigate withholding tax costs for the group while acting as a primary contact point for the business regarding withholding taxes.

Requirements
You should meet the following criteria to apply:
- Relevant qualification: CTA, ACA, ACCA, or ADIT.
- International tax experience: Essential for this role.
- Transfer pricing experience: Beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong project management skills, along with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively with key stakeholders.

Benefits
The role offers the following attractive package:
- Competitive salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (depending on experience).
- Discretionary bonus.
- A comprehensive range of benefits including remote working opportunities with occasional in-person meetings.
