Role Description

This is a freelance/parttime/virtual remote role for an International Trade Finance Consultant/ Manager(TFM)/ Country Manager. The TFC/ TFM/Country Manager will be responsible for:

  • Marketing SVG's products and services
  • Overseeing the company's operations in a specific country
  • Developing and implementing business strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Driving business growth

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Managing budgets
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Leading a team of professionals to achieve company goals

Qualifications

  • Preferably are importer-exporter of:

    • Commodities Agri Products/Petroleum-Gas,Oil/Building Steel Materials
    • Logistics-Freight-Cargo-Shipping-Aviation Business
    • Gold exporter-producer-mining
    • Commodities manufacturing
    • Brokerage
    • Real Estate Development Engineering/Road & Railways/Building Development
    • Vehicles-Automobiles
    • Garment factory owner
    • Traders
    • Direct Suppliers
  • Preferably have experience of Digital Sales and Marketing strategies, postings to any platform, groups in social media, call center agents, import/export brokers-traders, that can generate leads/clients.

  • Preferably is a plus:

    • Commodity traders
    • Owner of Garment/ Apparel/Clothing
    • Importers
    • Exporters
    • Logistics Officers/Specialist
    • Shipping Officers/Specialist
    • Procurement Manager/Officer/Decision Maker

  • Familiarity with banking instruments such as Letters of Credit, SBLC, and other relevant financial tools

  • Preferably with experience as a Trade Finance/Banking Consultant Operations or at least 3-year in trading business

  • Business Strategy and Development skills

  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Flexibility to work remotely and independently

  • Experience in the financial engineering or tech industry is a plus
