Requirements Academic Credentials: Possession of a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) awarded by an accredited Western institution. Professional Background: A minimum of 48 months of active, recent practice within intensive hospital environments (ICU, Emergency Room, or equivalent critical care units). Language Skills: Complete, native-level fluency in both English and Arabic. Global Readiness: Possession of valid travel documents and total flexibility for immediate international deployment.
