Position Summary

The International Wholesale Coordinator will support the operational and commercial execution of SKIMS’ international wholesale business, based in London. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless communication between global HQ (Los Angeles), international partners, distributors, and key accounts.

The Coordinator will play a critical role in managing order entry, sales reporting, showroom support, account communication, and cross-functional alignment with Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

Wholesale Operations & Order Management

  • Process and manage international wholesale orders from confirmation through shipment.
  • Maintain accurate order entry in ERP systems and ensure pricing, terms, and allocations are correct.
  • Track order status, delivery timelines, and resolve discrepancies proactively.
  • Partner with Planning and Operations to support inventory allocation and delivery execution.

Account & Partner Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for international wholesale partners and distributors.
  • Assist in preparing sell-in materials, line sheets, and order forms.
  • Support key account communication regarding deliveries, product updates, and marketing assets.
  • Coordinate showroom samples and seasonal market appointments.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Compile weekly and monthly sell-in and sell-through reporting.
  • Support analysis of performance by region, account, and category.
  • Assist in forecasting support documentation for seasonal buys.
  • Maintain organized wholesale data and shared documentation systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Logistics to ensure shipping documentation and compliance for international markets.
  • Partner with Finance to support invoicing accuracy and account reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to distribute brand guidelines and wholesale marketing assets.
  • Support Planning in tracking open-to-buy and seasonal commitments.

Market & Showroom Support

  • Assist with seasonal market preparation, including samples, merchandising decks, and line sheets.
  • Coordinate logistics for international showroom setups.
  • Support in-market events and key account appointments when required.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 2–4 years of experience in wholesale, sales operations, merchandising, or international business.
  • Experience working with global partners or distributors preferred.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, reporting) required.
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally.
  • Commercially curious with an interest in international retail markets.
  • Based in London and able to work in-office.
