Overview

Encyclis is dedicated to the safe, efficient and sustainable recovery of energy from waste. We develop and operate energy recovery facilities that bring together technical expertise and state-of-the-art equipment to optimise efficiency, performance and safety. Our state-of-the-art facilities take residual waste that would otherwise be landfilled which is processed into sustainable baseload electricity, heat and other practical resources to accelerate the circular economy of the future.

Responsibilities

Looking to gain experience in a business that makes a real difference? Join Encyclis as a Summer Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience at one of the UK's leading energy-from-waste companies. Working alongside experienced operational teams, you'll contribute to projects that help transform waste into sustainable energy, while developing valuable skills in operations, engineering, health & safety, and continuous improvement. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical industry experience, build your professional network, and make a meaningful impact during your summer break.

Qualifications

The role would suit a candidate in final year of university, or who has graduated, in an engineering or similar course.
