Description 12-month FTC - Starting September 2026
We’re launching our first-ever Internship Programme and there’s never been a better time to join Adanola. During the 12-month Internship, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, work alongside experienced teams, and contribute to projects that shape our business. This isn’t just “shadowing”; you’ll take ownership of meaningful tasks and gain a true understanding of Adanola.
Our internship programme offers the opportunity to work within one of our teams (Product / Brand / Commercial / Finance) and collaborate cross-functionally on projects that impact our brand, products and operations worldwide.
What You’ll Do During your internship, you will rotate between E-Commerce, CRM, and Digital Marketing, developing a strong understanding of how online trading, customer retention, and performance marketing work together. You’ll support website management, email segmentation and campaigns, and digital reporting across key platforms, while learning how data and customer behaviour inform decision-making. You’ll also gain exposure to loyalty programmes, campaign execution, and performance insights across multiple channels and markets.
E-Commerce Gain hands-on experience working directly with our website, learning how products are brought to life online. From the imagery and descriptions customers see to how pages are built and updated. Contribute to the day-to-day running of a live e-commerce channel, supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns and site updates across multiple markets. CRM Support the execution of email marketing segmentation within Klaviyo, helping to organise customer groups based on behaviour and purchase intent, with an awareness of international audiences. Assist with building, testing, and reporting on email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo, helping to identify performance trends and contribute insights for optimisation. Support the management of the loyalty programme, working with the e-commerce and marketing teams to understand returning customer behaviour and ensure alignment with key trading moments and brand activity, while tracking and sharing basic performance insights. Digital Support platform-level reporting and help share performance insights with key stakeholders, developing an understanding of key digital marketing metrics and how they inform decision-making. Gain exposure to key Digital Marketing platforms, learning how each contributes to the wider marketing funnel, and assist with basic campaign setup, account management, and monitoring. Assist the Digital team with day-to-day tasks, including supporting agency and platform relationships, and helping to gather creative insights from campaign performance to inform optimisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
