Your Role @ Chanel
Within the Global Corporate Information Security (GISEC) Team, your mission is to help bridge Business and Technology to facilitate the adoption of various security initiatives aiming to reduce Cyber risks to an appropriate level across the CHANEL organization. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing changes to information security processes and solutions within a dynamic international environment.
You'll be part of an experienced and driven team specializing in transformation, committed to supporting your growth journey and ensuring your mission's success.

Cyber-Transformation Roadmap Delivery Officer:
To ensure the efficient execution of the Chanel-wide Transformation roadmap, you will assist the Transformation team with the day-to-day follow-up and delivery of a specific list of projects and run activities. Your support will include the following activities:
- Maintain project/run activity dashboards, KPIs, governance materials, and documentation to provide accurate project visibility or coordinate with project leads to maintain consistent and standardized data and reporting processes.
- Participate in workshops and governance meetings.
- Support project/run activity planning, coordination, and delivery.
- Track actions progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies with identified key stakeholders from global and local teams.
- Contribute to the project/run activity data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline tracking and reporting.

Example of projects/run activities part of the roadmap that you might support are:
- SAIA, project aiming at simplifying and automating further the multiples security assessments applicable to an application.
- PCI-DSS remediation, project aiming at oversighting the remediation of a key global application to meet PCI-DSS requirements.
- Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) Governance. This activity aims to ensure a coordinated and structured approach for the new DLP controls to be implemented, review of the DLP metrics and incidents, etc.
- Transformation and GISEC Portfolio Management: The activity aims to provide up to date insights to Transformation and GISEC management to pilot their scope.
In addition, you will play a key role in the team as a Cyber-Transformation engagement & Delivery Excellence agent:
- Support the onboarding of new joiners into the Transformation team from a logistic to operational aspects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Cyber Transformation Project and Change management frameworks and supporting toolkits. Support the socialization and adoption of such artefacts across the GISEC community.
- Contribute to the regular update of the GISEC and Cyber Transformation transversal dashboards, reporting, governance and communication materials and platforms (e.g., Intranet).
- Provide ad hoc PMO and operational assistance across evolving Transformation priorities, ensuring alignment between initiatives and delivery timelines.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Project Management, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to details
- Knowledge in information security principles, concepts, and best practices.
- Knowledge in project management appreciated
- Ability to prioritize workloads, multitask and organize work in a timely manner
- Ability to drive your own projects to a high standard proactively, as well as work with the wider team
- Quick learner with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, ability to communicate concisely with both functional and technical experts
- Ability to work autonomously when required
- Customer-oriented
- English is a must; French is a plus.
