We are currently seeking ambitious and motivated Sales & Marketing Interns to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure across multiple financial service domains, including:

  • Protection Insurance
  • Mortgages
  • Pensions
  • Investments
  • Commercial Lending
  • Wills & Estate Planning

We are looking for ambitious, confident, and commercially minded individuals who want to build a long-term career in sales and financial services.

Programme Structure

Phase 1 – 12 Week Training Internship

  • Unpaid structured internship
  • Product, sales, and communication training
  • Exposure to client engagement and business development

Phase 2 – Paid Development Role

  • Successful candidates may progress into a paid part-time position while working towards professional qualifications, including support for CeMAP and DipFA.

Phase 3 – Full-Time Career Opportunity

  • High-performing candidates may progress into full-time positions with long-term career development and potential future sponsorship opportunities, subject to performance and business needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven individuals
  • Interest in sales, finance, or client-facing roles
  • Professional, reliable, and eager to learn
  • UK driving licence preferred
  • Additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, or Tamil are advantageous but not essential

No prior financial services experience is required. We value attitude, communication skills, professionalism, and long-term potential more than academic background alone.
