Team overview
Eurazeo Infrastructure is a value-added infrastructure equity investor focused on the climate and digital transition in Europe. The team is deploying the second vintage of ETIF, after the success of Fund 1 (c. €700m). The fund has an Article 9 mandate.
Responsibilities
You will be part of Eurazeo Infrastructure's investment team in London. You will work as part of small teams in a wide range of sectors and business models within mid-market infrastructure. The role is highly analytical with emphasis on fundamental valuation, financial modelling, analysis of financial accounts, and ability to understand and distil large amount of information into an investment thesis. The work will bring a deeper appreciation of all phases of an investment – from initial market search, deal execution and investment monitoring as well as opportunity to build relationship with advisors and management teams. You may also assist the team regarding fundraising activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in all aspects of due diligence work (technical, commercial, legal, etc.)
- Searching for relevant market data to support investment analysis
- Analysing financial and strategic investment opportunities and in-depth study of the relevant sectors
- Preparing/reviewing financial models and analyzing sensitivities
- Preparing presentations for the Investment Committee
- Preparing analysis and presentations as part of the fundraising activity
- Building relationships with in-house (investment and corporate teams) and external (advisors, target management teams, industrial partners) stakeholders

Key success factors
- Final year student (master) or recent graduate at a top-ranking business or engineering school: ideally with a first 3-5 years of prior work experience in private equity, infrastructure investing, investment banking, consulting or in a corporate entity operating in a sector in line with Eurazeo’s Infrastructure's activities
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Ability to understand and analyze a market or a sector of activity, to synthesize and report information
- Proficiency with computer tools, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and more specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional European languages (other than French) are a plus
- Team spirit and ability to work independently in a small team
- Confident verbal and written communication / interpersonal skills
- Thoroughness, analytical skills, and ability to summarize and communicate clearly
- Solid work ethic and high level of motivation required
