About Us

Every business needs to know who they're really working with whether it's suppliers, investors, partners, or third parties. At Xapien, we’re reinventing how organisations do that, combining speed, scale, and accuracy with cutting-edge AI.

Since 2018, we've grown from a deep-tech startup to a global player in AI-driven due diligence and risk intelligence. 2024 was a landmark year as we closed a $10M Series A, earned recognition in the Chartis RiskTech100® and Everest Group’s Leading 50™, and expanded our products, markets, and customer base.

2025 was even bigger: With new regulations, rising compliance pressure, and growing reputation risks, organisations everywhere are demanding smarter, faster ways to work and they're turning to us. Customers worldwide from global law firms and private banks to universities and nonprofits rely on Xapien to turn days of manual research into trusted insights, delivered in minutes.

Our Momentum So Far

  • Customers in a diverse range of industries, with particular growth in wealth management, financial services, and supply chain onboarding.
  • Demand accelerating beyond our UK headquarters, across multiple continents with new customers in the Middle East, Asia, and Oceania.

Why This is an Exciting Time to Join

This isn't just another job role; it's an opportunity to shape the future of the due diligence industry with a market-leading product trusted by global organisations. Whether you're in marketing, communications, sales, or finance, you'll play a critical role in driving growth, building credibility, and defining how we connect our product to a rapidly evolving market.

We're scaling fast with more customers, more releases, and bigger regulatory and market challenges. Expectations are rising, due diligence now means real-time insight, delivered efficiently and with impact. You won’t just be executing campaigns, closing deals, or managing numbers; you'll be influencing strategy, optimising processes, and helping position a brand that's setting the new standard for trust and transparency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

For people who love learning, innovating, and making an impact that matters — now is the moment to be a part of Xapien.

What We're Offering

We're opening internships across the business. This isn't a coffee-fetching, lanyard-collecting programme — we hire interns the way we hire everyone else: to do real work, with real ownership, alongside people who'll back you while you find your feet. You'll take on live problems that genuinely matter to the business. You'll be in the room (or on the Slack thread) where decisions get made. And you'll leave knowing whether the world of applied AI and high-stakes due diligence is somewhere you want to build a career.

Where You Could Land

We're open to interns across the whole company. These are the teams most likely to have something for you right now — but if you see yourself somewhere we haven't listed, tell us anyway.

Engineering

Build the platform itself. We work in Go and React, lean heavily on AI, machine learning, and natural language processing, and have our own disambiguation technology that figures out which "John Smith" we actually mean across millions of records. If you like hard problems and elegant solutions, this is your team.

Product

Shape what Xapien does next. Pull workflows apart, prototype ideas, and help decide what gets built. A good fit for people who are curious about both technology and the humans using it.

Sales

Help prospects understand why AI-powered due diligence is a different category of thing entirely. Research target accounts, run outreach, sit in on demos and discovery calls, and learn what makes a complex B2B SaaS deal actually close.

Customer Success

Work alongside the law firms, banks, wealth managers, and foundations who use Xapien every day. Help onboard new users, run training, dig into how clients are getting value, and feed what you learn back to Product and Engineering.

Operations

Keep the engine running. Depending on where the gaps are, you could touch finance, people, legal, security, and compliance (we're ISO 27001 certified — there's plenty to learn), or the systems and processes that let a fast-growing company stay sane.

Something Else?

We're a small enough team that interesting work doesn't always fit in a neat box. Marketing, design, research, data — if you've got a strong case for what you'd bring, we want to hear it.

Who We're Looking For

We don't mind much about specific degrees, year of study, or whether you've interned before. We care that you:

  • Are genuinely curious — about people, about problems, about how things work
  • Take ownership and see things through (we say internally that "heroes need not apply" — we'd rather have people who get it done than people who need applause for it)
  • Communicate clearly and honestly; we run on default-share and would rather over-explain than leave a teammate guessing
  • Are bold enough to hold an opinion and humble enough to change it
  • Want to be in the room while the AI industry is being built, not reading about it later

Here's Our Promise to You

  • We are going to work with you to build a rewarding and fulfilling career with the opportunities, challenges, and resources you need to do your best work.
  • We succeed together — you will own a meaningful part of the business through our employee shares & equity programme.
  • Private health insurance to keep you in tip-top condition.
  • Life Insurance – let's hope nobody ever needs this!
  • Unlimited holidays – yes, it really is uncapped – take the time you need, when you need it.
  • Everyone is learning, developing, and challenging themselves so we have a £1k professional development fund per year if you want to learn new skills, even new things outside of work.
  • Most importantly of all, we will work with you, to help you realize your fullest potential, always.
