Internship Overview
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Operations & Compliance Interns for a 3-month on-site Volunteer Internship Program. This role offers hands-on exposure to regulatory compliance frameworks and operational processes within a fast-paced financial services environment. Interns will gain practical experience in compliance monitoring, document handling, internal controls, and cross-functional coordination across multiple financial product lines.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in ensuring adherence to FCA regulations and internal compliance policies
- Assist with document verification, file maintenance, and audit trail management
- Help prepare and review compliance checklists, reports, and risk assessments
- Coordinate operational workflows across departments (pensions, investments, mortgages, insurance)
- Conduct research on regulatory updates and assess their operational impact
- Assist with client onboarding processes and related administrative tasks
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to compliance and operational projects
- Liaise with different teams to understand end-to-end financial services processes

Candidate Profile
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field
- Strong interest in financial services, compliance, and operations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
