Key Responsibilities
- Work on real-world projects under mentorship
- Learn and apply industry best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in relevant field
- Strong passion for technology and learning
- Basic programming knowledge (for tech roles)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to commit for 3-6 months
- Problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to take on challenges
