We are looking for motivated interns to support the organization, marketing, communication, and business development of a major online conference in the field of Real Estate.

This internship is ideal for students interested in real estate, real estate management, property management, facility management, business administration, marketing, sales, event management, communication, or international business. You will gain practical experience in how real estate-related B2B events are planned, promoted, organized, and executed.

Your tasks may include event coordination, research of real estate companies and industry contacts, LinkedIn and email outreach, communication with participants and potential speakers, social media support, content creation, CRM and database management, marketing activities, and administrative organization.

A large part of the internship involves professional communication with real estate managers, property managers, facility managers, investors, developers, executives, B2B decision-makers, and industry experts. This gives you valuable exposure to the real estate industry and helps you build a strong professional network.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The internship is fully remote and online. You will work in an international team with managers, interns, and other team members. The preferred duration is 9 to 12 months, with a flexible commitment of approximately 2 to 5 hours per week. If your university requires a shorter compulsory internship, a minimum duration of 3 months and at least 20 hours per week may also be considered.

For students based in Germany, this internship must be a compulsory internship as part of your studies. Applicants from Germany must provide official university confirmation that the internship is mandatory. For students outside Germany, a compulsory internship is preferred.
