Experience Required
- Proven record of raising standards for all pupils, including underachieving pupils.
- Experience of promoting positive behavior conducive to learning, focused on raising standards.
- Experience of promoting highly effective communications within and between teams and other stakeholders in the academy community.
The role is working 2 days a week across years 3-6 working with small intervention groups for two afternoons per week and class cover for two mornings per week. This position is a fixed-term contract until 31st August 2027.
