- Annual Worked Weeks: 39
- Annual Leave: 6.05 weeks (pro-rata pay)

The Role
Primary Responsibilities

Teaching Assistant (TA3)
- Deliver targeted intervention support in small groups/individual sessions.
- Adapt learning materials to meet diverse pupil needs.
- Work alongside classroom teachers to support progress and achievement tracking.
- Speech and Language experience is welcome but not mandatory.

Wraparound Care Assistant (WCA)
- Lead struktured lunchtime play sessions (Active Play, Assertive Mentoring).
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment.
- Foster positive children’s relationships and reinforce school’s core values.
- Provide fun, engaging, creative after-school enrichment sessions.
- Extend our nurturing ethos beyond the classroom.
