Hours of work: 40 hrs per week - 3 week shift pattern Mon - Fri between 07.30 - 18.00
Salary: £28,000.00 - £32,240.00 per annum
The Interview Coordinator oversees the onsite interview arrangements for Service Users (SU’s), including ensuring that equipment is available and in good working order, supporting with technical issues and conducting welfare checks. The Interview Coordinator supports all elements of interview arrangements under minimal supervision and provides a thorough handover to team members on a rota system.
The postholder works with Service Users and Colleagues based onsite and across the country at different sites and/or who work remotely.
The Interview Coordinator works to an agreed rota system, working on three 8-hour shift patterns, covering the early, main and late shifts.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Ensure all interview IT equipment is present and working throughout the day and assist with any technical issues.
- Ensure Interview Booths / Rooms and waiting area is clean and tidy, ensuring there are refreshments available for interviewees.
- Meet and Greet SU’s 15 minutes prior to the interview sessions.
- Set each interview up and confirm the applicant’s name / details to the Decision Maker upon answering the call.
- Conduct a post-interview check-in. If wellbeing concerns arise, perform a welfare check and escalate to the Welfare Team.
Assist the Welfare Team Leaders and Administrations Co-ordinator with the every-day running of the site, including, but not limited to:

- Updating and recording data for reports and registers on paper and company systems.
- Creating and auditing Site Comms
- Scanning and uploading documents
- Assisting with placing orders and recording deliveries
- Printing and collating of induction packs
- Assist with the operations of the induction process
- Distributing SU communications.

- Collaborate with others, attending meetings as required
- Supporting team members and provide on-the-job training
- Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager
