As International Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager, you will be part of the Global tax Team and report to the International Tax Director. In this role you will lead on all aspects of international tax advisory and overseas compliance, across both direct taxes and transfer pricing.
Key duties will include:
- Provide clear and practical UK and international tax advice.
- Support cross-border transactions, funding structures and business changes.
- Identify risks and opportunities, helping the business make informed decisions.
- Work closely with teams across different markets to ensure compliance with local tax rules.
- Contribute to transfer pricing and related documentation.
- Support key processes such as Country-by-Country Reporting and Corporate Interest Restriction calculations.
- Help manage relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.
- Keep up to date with regulatory changes and impact on Group.
- Look for ways to improve processes and systems in tax.

About you:
- ACA or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 7 years experience.
- Proven international tax advisory experience.
- Transfer pricing experience preferred.
- UK Corporate Tax trained (Big 4 or top 10 firm).
- Commercial experience preferred but not essential.
