The Introduction to Housing Programme is a 16-week paid work experience opportunity for young people aged 16-24 who want to explore careers in housing and community services. Throughout the programme, you'll gain hands-on experience, build valuable workplace skills, receive one-to-one support, and discover the variety of career opportunities available within the housing sector.

Whether you're leaving education, looking for a new direction, or simply unsure about your next step, this programme is designed to help you build confidence, gain experience, and boost your future career prospects.
