Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a details-oriented professional—preferably with experience or an industry-recognised qualification—though enthusiasm, perseverance, and strong attention to detail will be considered.
This primarily field-based role involves:
- Visiting private rented homes and compiling condition reports.
- Working independently, taking full responsibility for tasks.
- Some office time required for report compilation and amendments.

A clean driving licence is required, and pool car use is provided for company business.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Use software to detail property condition, compiling accurate reports of contents and condition.
- Take internal/external photography, noting any property issues.
- Upload digital reports, photos, and descriptions onto a PC during office hours.
- Maintain relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Take meter readings when necessary.
- Ensure property security and act as Keyholder.
- Perform related administrative duties.
Required Skills & Qualities
- A motivated team player.
- Highly organised and disciplined.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
