Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Inventory Clerk in our Worthing office. This is a full time position.
Let's Talk About The Role. It Involves
Document with Photos: Take high-quality photographs to supplement written descriptions and provide visual evidence. Assess Cleanliness: Evaluate property cleanliness and note areas requiring attention according to the tenancy agreement. Identify Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly to property owners or management. Coordinate Check-Outs: Arrange and conduct check-out appointments with tenants, clearly communicating inspection procedures. Address Tenant Queries: Provide clarification and respond to tenant concerns regarding the inventory report findings. Ensure Compliance: Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure inventory procedures comply with legal requirements. Maintain Records: Organise and maintain accurate records of inventory reports, photographs, and correspondence. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work effectively with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders involved in the process. Seek Improvement: Continuously look for opportunities to enhance inventory management procedures and service quality. Adhere to Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines during property inspections.

Proven experience in inventory management or a related field. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to inventory management. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
