We are committed to a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring everyone who works with us is Committed, Connected and Creative in helping us become the world’s preferred choice.

The Role

We are looking for an Inventory Controller to join our Northampton site (NN4 5FB). This is a blended role, combining working in the warehouse and on inventory tasks, supporting all stock movements and ensuring accurate, real-time data is maintained across our systems.

You will play a key part in maintaining stock integrity, supporting operational teams, and delivering a first-class service to both our customers and Yusen Logistics (UK) Ltd.

This is a hands-on warehouse-based role involving product packaging and some manual handling duties. You will also be required to work at height using a scissor lift MHE — full training will be provided.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, rotating 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
