Do you thrive on precision? Love turning complex inventory data into accurate reporting and meaningful insight? Looking for a role where your attention to detail genuinely makes a difference?

We're looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join a growing EMEA Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy across an international supply chain, supporting operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records across multiple third-party manufacturing sites and warehouse locations.

Working closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Planning and external logistics partners, you'll ensure stock accuracy, financial integrity and robust inventory controls are maintained across the region.

This role would suit someone who enjoys analysing data, solving problems and taking ownership of inventory processes within a fast-paced supply chain environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
