- Identify recurring stock accuracy issues and drive corrective actions to prevent repeat discrepancies.
- Perform inbound delivery quality checks for selected goods arriving at site.
- Support the non-conformance process from identification through to closure, coordinating investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions with suppliers and internal teams.
- Actively work with suppliers to investigate, resolve, and prevent repeat issues relating to quality, delivery accuracy, labelling, and packaging.
- Carry out weekly audits to ensure deliveries comply with agreed supplier standards, documentation requirements, and labelling guidelines.
- Own supplier-facing issue resolution activities in collaboration with SDM and Quality, ensuring root cause analysis and corrective actions are completed.
- Provide accurate, structured feedback to SDM on supplier performance trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
