Looking for your next challenge in Supply Chain?
We're seeking a proactive and analytical Inventory & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone working within supply chain, inventory planning, customer service, demand planning, procurement, operations, transport coordination, or supply chain administration who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and making things happen.
Previous warehouse experience is not essential. What matters most is your attention to detail, willingness to learn, curiosity to investigate issues, and ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate stock records across multiple warehouse sites, using the M3 ERP system to investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
- Organise and track stock movements, including warehouse transfers and transport bookings, to ensure goods are moved efficiently and on time.
- Handle returns, adjustments, rework, and disposals, working closely with warehouse partners and internal teams to complete processes correctly.
- Support fulfilment activities for key customers by ensuring stock levels are correct and orders can be dispatched without delays.
- Produce and review operational reports and KPIs, such as stock reconciliation, aged stock, and fulfilment performance.
- Build strong working relationships with third-party logistics providers and internal departments, contributing to operational reviews, traceability work, and ongoing improvements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
