Hey! We're Huel, and we're pleased to meet you 👋
Our culture thrives on high performance, and we set the bar high for new Hueligans who join us. We invite you to read the advert below for our new Inventory Planner position to understand the role, and explore our 7 Huel values before applying to ensure we have the right working environment for you!
The Role
As our Inventory Replenishment Planner (12-month Fixed Term Contract), you'll play a pivotal role within our UK/EU Product Supply team. You'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless and timely movement of finished goods and packaging from our storage hubs into our EU Distribution Centres, as well as managing our rework programme. Working closely with our Production Planning team, you'll help deliver our promise of 100% finished goods availability by ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time to keep our customers happy.
Primary Responsibilities
- Primary Point of Contact for Third Party Logistics Sites across the UK & EU: Act as the main point of contact for three 3PL partner sites across the UK and EU. You'll proactively communicate stock movements, coordinate inbound and outbound activity, and manage rework planning - while being the first port of call when operational issues need resolving.
- Plan and Execute Rework across the UK & EU: Work closely with the Production Planning teams and our external logistics sites to plan and co-ordinate rework across the UK and EU to ensure we remain in stock of RTD, Bundles and mixed boxes.
- Rebalance Finished Goods Stock between UK & EU: Monitor stock levels across all sites and maintain a forward-looking plan to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time - before it becomes a problem.
- Build Strong Relationships: Develop collaborative, trust-based relationships with internal teams - particularly Production Planning and Logistics - as well as external warehousing and logistics partners, so that finished goods move efficiently and reliably across the network.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively troubleshoot daily operational issues - from delivery delays and stock discrepancies to warehouse bottlenecks - and see them through to resolution. No two days at Huel look the same, so we need someone who can think on their feet and adapt quickly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
