Medik8 is a leading skincare brand dedicated to providing high-quality, results-driven skincare products backed by scientific research and innovation. We’re disrupting the industry and growing rapidly across global channels.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategically minded, commercially astute professional to join Medik8’s Operations & Supply Chain team as our Inventory Planner. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will act as the strategic guardian of Medik8’s working capital efficiency, ensuring capital is never trapped in stagnant stock.

Key responsibilities include driving the inventory lifecycle toward full commercial realisation, safeguarding inventory value globally, and leading data-driven Integrated Business Planning (IBP) insights.

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Health & Compliance

    • Apply Medik8 Inventory Policies globally while using data-driven root cause analysis to mitigate future risks.
  • Quarantine Process Leadership

    • Drive the weekly quarantine review process to ensure every item has a resolution path, minimising the time between stock arrival and becoming sellable.
  • SLOB & Risk Management

    • Own monthly reviews for Raw Materials, Chemicals, and Packaging, identifying declining velocity or expiry risks to prevent balance sheet impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
