Inventory & Purchasing Controller
At Three Sisters, we're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing inventory records and stock movements
- Monitoring stock levels and planning replenishment
- Coordinating purchase requests with the kitchen and operations teams
- Preparing and issuing Purchase Orders
- Following up with approved suppliers and deliveries
- Verifying received goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Recording goods received accurately in the inventory system
- Conducting regular stock counts and investigating discrepancies
- Monitoring damaged, expired, and wasted items
- Ensuring all inventory transactions are recorded accurately and on time

We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has previous experience in inventory control and purchasing, ideally within hospitality or F&B
- Is highly organized and detail-focused
- Is comfortable using inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
- Can communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work
