Stores Technician
Location: Worcester
Rate: £13.00 per hour PAYE (Inside IR35)
Contract: 6-Month Rolling Contract
Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week
Are you an experienced Stores Technician with strong SAP knowledge and a valid A5 Stacker Truck Licence? We are looking for a reliable and organised individual to join a busy manufacturing environment, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and inventory across the production operation.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business where you'll be responsible for receiving goods, managing stock movements, booking materials into SAP, and supporting production teams with timely material availability.

Key Responsibilities
- Stores material Technician will
- Receive, inspect and process incoming goods from suppliers and subcontractors
- Book parts and materials into SAP, ensuring inventory accuracy at all times
- Verify delivery documentation against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Manage the receipt and storage of components returned from subcontractors
- Issue materials and consumables to production in line with manufacturing requirements
- Process stock movements and material issues through SAP
- Conduct stock counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including stacker trucks

Essential Requirements
- Technician will have previous experience within a stores, warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
- Proven SAP experience covering goods receipts, stock control and inventory transactions
- Experience booking materials into stores from suppliers and subcontractors
- Experience issuing and booking materials to the shop floor
- Valid A5 Stacker Truck Licence/ Counterbalance or Reach Truck licence
- Strong understanding of stock control and inventory management processes
