We are working with a leading UK wealth management and investment services firm who is seeking an Investment Administrator to support its investment teams and deliver an excellent client experience.

About the role This client-facing position acts as the main contact for client lifecycle administration, ensuring smooth end-to-end service delivery. You will support investment managers and operate within a centrally managed framework while working closely with local teams.

Key responsibilities include: Managing the full client lifecycle (onboarding, account opening, transfers, payments, amendments, valuations) Acting as the main point of contact for administrative queries and client support Supporting client meetings and handling administration discussions Producing client documentation, summaries, and welcome letters Managing complex cases such as estates, deceased clients, and probate Ensuring accurate data and system maintenance Identifying process improvements and supporting operational efficiency

About you Experience in a financial services administration role (end-to-end lifecycle preferred) Client-facing experience desirable Understanding of financial services products and regulations Investment Operations Certificate (desirable) Strong attention to detail and collaborative approach
