This opportunity sits within a growing investment platform focused on the healthcare sector across the region. The organisation is actively expanding its footprint through strategic acquisitions and operational value creation initiatives.

Job Description

  • Support end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including financial analysis and due diligence coordination
  • Build and maintain financial models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating new investment opportunities
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies across healthcare sub-sectors
  • Prepare investment committee papers, board presentations, and stakeholder materials
  • Work closely with portfolio companies on growth initiatives and expansion projects
  • Support strategic initiatives including market entry, consolidation, and exit planning
  • Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing analytical support

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Professional qualifications (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CPA) are advantageous
  • 2-5 years' experience within investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or transaction advisory
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
  • Prior exposure to transactions and deal execution is essential
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
  • Familiarity with UAE / GCC markets is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Arabic language skills are preferred but not mandatory
  • Willingness to travel across the GCC as required
