About Atrum
Atrum is a multi-strategy private investment firm with roots as a family office, now an increasingly active fund manager focused on technology and AI-driven investments, primarily in the United States. We invest alongside a network of sophisticated capital partners, including large family offices and US endowments. Alongside our investment activity, we run a community platform built on bringing exceptional people and ideas together.
The Role
We're hiring an Investment Analyst to support our investment team on the research, analysis, and written work behind Atrum's investing. You'll work directly with senior members of the investment team, supporting diligence on technology and AI opportunities, from early screening through to the investment memoranda that inform our decisions and are shared with our capital partners.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership from the start and significant room to grow. You'll begin by supporting diligence and drafting, and take on increasing responsibility for memos and the end-to-end diligence process as you develop.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
