Investment Analyst - Global Private Equity Secondaries Fund
Junior Investment Analyst – GP & LP Secondaries
We are currently supporting a top 10 AUM secondaries investor with an exceptional track record, widely recognised as one of the leading firms in the sector.
They’re seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves handling originations and execution of secondary fund investments on a global scale. Daily tasks include:
- Conducting due diligence on potential secondary acquisitions
- Performing valuations and financial modelling
- Deal execution (from inception to completion)
- Negotiation and structuring of secondary transactions
- Providing strategic analysis for future secondary opportunities
- Managing external advisors

Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have prior experience as:
- An analyst in a private equity group (preferably secondaries)
- An analyst in a tier-one investment bank or global advisory firm
