Investor — 16VC

16VC is an early-stage venture capital firm investing in AI, SaaS, fintech, deep tech, and emerging technologies globally. We’ve recently launched our first remote Founder Fellowship with 80+ startups and 150+ founders worldwide, and are now building our core investment team.

We are hiring an Investor to help scale our sourcing, research, and investment activities while shaping the foundation of our platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and build relationships with founders, operators, investors, and startup ecosystems globally
  • Identify and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities
  • Develop investment theses and conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Prepare investment memos and support diligence
  • Help build sourcing pipelines, tools, and internal investment processes
  • Represent 16VC at global events and within startup communities

Requirements

  • 2+ years in VC, accelerator, angel network, or investment role
  • Strong understanding of startups and venture ecosystems
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
  • Strong network-building ability
  • Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
  • Willingness to travel globally
