The Christian Property Collective is charging forward and from the autumn we are building out the team. Please apply if this role excites you and is a good fit.

Job Description: Investment and Delivery Manager

Location: Remote based in UK. Easy access to Oxford/ Chilterns for team meetings.

Schedule: Part-time (3 days/week) starting September 2026, with scope to expand.

Compensation: £45,000 Full-Time Equivalent (Pro-rata day rate applies).

Venture: The Christian Property Collective

As church growth and renewal rise across the UK and Europe, the Christian Property Collective helps provide the expertise and capital needed for churches to purchase or expand the buildings they need to flourish, connect communities, and support their long-term mission. You will bring your project delivery and financial skills to helping churches across the UK and Europe reach their next stage of growth.

Role Purpose

The Investment and Delivery Manager will be the primary gatekeeper for the Christian Property Collective – a new initiative from Openwell. You will be responsible for assessing applications from UK churches for capital projects—ranging from modern renovations, building purchases and strategic new builds. Your goal is to ensure each project proposed to the Investment Committee is administratively “investment-ready” and aligns with our criteria for Kingdom impact and financial viability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
