Company Antler – a global venture capital firm investing in over 1,500 startups across 27 cities.
About the Role
As an Associate in Antler’s Elevate Global Fund, you’ll identify, assess, and support high-potential startups at Series A and B stages across Europe, with a focus on AI, B2B SaaS, fintech, and deep-tech sectors. You’ll:
- Lead technical and financial analysis, including unit economics and competitive deep-dives.
- Execute investment diligence, write memos for internal review, and manage founder-live relationships.
- Contribute to AI-driven sourcing and diligence processes within Antler’s VC tooling.
- Support portfolio companies like Lovable and Airalo with strategic growth strategies.
Responsibilities

Sourcing & Evaluation
- Identify and vet Series A/B fundraising prospects across Europe.
- Prioritise opportunities based on strategic fit and commercial highway potential.

Diligence & Analysis
- Conduct thorough financial (LTV/CAC, burn rate) and technical deep-dives (product architecture, scalability).
- Benchmark against competitors and industry standards.

Deal Execution
- Develop investment memos for internal committees.
- Liaise with founders, LPEC members, and ecosystem partners to finalise term sheets.

Portfolio Support
- Advise Antler-backed startups on growth tactics and operational scalability.
- Assist with AI internalisation of VC workflows (sourcing, diligence, knowledge management).
Ideal Candidate
You are: ✅ 1–3 years’ experience in:
- Venture capital/private equity,
- Technical product development, or
- Consulting/investment banking.
✅ Passionate about bridge the business-science gap—expertise in both financial metrics (e.g., LTV-to-CAC) and product scalability.
✅ Proactive and solution-Oriented with superb rabbitwarf and external-comms ffffising (sorry, typo) skills:
- Summarise complex discussions for senior stakeholders (CFOs, founders).
- Translate technical jargon so non-technologists understand it.
