Job Description
As an Associate in Antler’s Elevate Global Fund, you will source, evaluate, and support high-potential startups at Series A and B stages across Europe. You will lead investment diligence, perform technical and financial analysis, and coordinate deal execution while directly supporting portfolio companies like Lovable and Airalo to drive strategic growth and scale internal VC tooling with AI.

What You Will Do
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities across AI, B2B SaaS, fintech, and deep-tech sectors with a primary focus on the European market.
- Lead comprehensive investment diligence, including unit economics analysis, competitive landscape assessments, and deep-dives into technical system architecture and feasibility.
- Support the full investment lifecycle by preparing investment memos for internal committees and managing relationships with founders and ecosystem stakeholders.
The ideal candidate
- Holds 1 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as venture capital, technical product development, consulting, or investment banking.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to bridge business and technical topics, comfortably analyzing both financial metrics (LTV/CAC) and product roadmap scalability.
- Possesses a proactive, "can-do" attitude with the communication skills necessary to synthesize complex ideas for senior team members and external partners.
