Investment Associate, Data Centre Investments, Global Investment Fund, London
We are now working with an infrastructure private equity investor who are looking to add an Investment Associate to their investments team.
The role will work on data centre investments supporting acquisitions, development projects, asset-level underwriting, financing, leasing strategy, investor reporting, and portfolio value creation.

- Build and maintain investment models for data centre acquisitions, developments, and portfolio assets.
- Underwrite new opportunities, including revenue, capex, power capacity, operating costs, debt, and exit valuation.
- Run sensitivities on the key drivers of returns.
- Support acquisitions from initial review through due diligence, investment committee approval, financing, and execution.
- Work with external advisers.
- Prepare investment committee papers, investor materials, lender materials, and asset-level performance analysis.
- Support active asset management.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Background in infrastructure investing, investment banking, or M&A.
- The ideal candidate will combine strong financial modelling discipline with genuine curiosity about digital infrastructure.
- Excellent financial modelling skills.
