A leading investment platform focused on long-term investments in the energy and infrastructure sectors is looking to expand its investment team with the addition of an Investment Associate.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team investing across a broad range of infrastructure and energy assets throughout Europe. The successful candidate will gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle, working closely with senior investment professionals on sourcing, execution, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess investment opportunities across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and review financial models, valuations, and investment analyses.
- Support commercial, financial, and technical due diligence processes.
- Prepare investment committee materials and presentations.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis.
- Monitor portfolio investments and support value creation initiatives.
- Work closely with senior team members throughout the transaction process.

Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in:
- Investment Banking (M&A, Infrastructure, Energy, Project Finance, Leveraged Finance)
- Infrastructure or Private Equity investing
- Strategy Consulting with a focus on energy or infrastructure
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent academic track record.
- Fluent German and English are essential.
