Critical Role: Associate – Secondaries Infrastructure Investor
About This Opportunity
We are partnering with a global institutional infrastructure investor expanding their newly formed secondaries group in London. Their platform manages significant assets under management (AuM), with a major portion allocated to fund of funds, secondaries, and co-investments across diverse infrastructure sectors and geographies—allowing for fast-paced, high-quality transactions.
Beyond institutional capital, the organisation is also supported by traditional closed-ended funds, providing flexibility in strategy and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Support:
- Assist across financial modelling and due diligence
- Contribute to preparation of materials for the investment committee approval process
- Engage with external stakeholders, including representation at AGMs and sales meetings

Post-Investment Management:
- Monitor investments
- Support performance evaluation & decision-making

Whatever You Bring
- An Associate or Senior Analyst-equivalent track record (no strict preference for sector—whether investment banking, secondaries, or infrastructure)
- Existing working knowledge or keen interest in infrastructure or secondary investments
- Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative mindset—able to take ownership and work effectively with senior stakeholders
(Note: Team is small but high-impact. Entrepreneurial mindset required.)
