Associate | Pan-European Private Equity | London
Asset Partners is working with a pan-European private equity fund seeking to hire an Associate into its London team. The firm invests across a range of sectors and takes a hands-on approach, partnering closely with portfolio companies to drive growth and value creation.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team with exposure across the full investment lifecycle, from deal execution through to portfolio work and origination.
What we are looking for:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity or a related field
- Strong investment judgement and a rigorous approach to diligence and analysis
- Advanced financial modelling and technical skills
- Clear interest in the fund’s investment sectors
- Excellent academic background, with a 2.1 or 1st from a leading university or equivalent
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Intellectually curious, commercially minded and motivated to learn
- Interest in purpose-driven investing

What you will do:
- Support deal execution including financial modelling and commercial analysis
- Work closely with portfolio companies on strategic and operational initiatives
- Contribute to deal origination and broader investment activity
