About Climate17

Climate17 is partnering with a well-funded energy transition platform investing in renewable energy infrastructure across the UK and Europe.

Backed by a major international organisation, the business is focused on developing and investing in renewable energy projects and long-term power solutions that support large commercial and industrial energy users. As part of its continued growth, the business is seeking an Investment Associate to join its expanding investment team.

The Role

The Investment Associate will support the origination, evaluation, structuring and execution of renewable energy investments across the UK and European markets.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will play an important role in assessing investment opportunities, building financial models, supporting transaction execution and helping to secure long-term renewable energy supply arrangements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
