Investment Associate – Secondaries investments | London

An established secondaries investor is growing its London investment team. The fund invests across continuation vehicles and LP portfolio acquisitions, working directly with GPs and intermediaries across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate GP-led transactions including continuation vehicles: asset-level underwriting, valuation and structuring
  • Model LP portfolio acquisitions with cash flow forecasting, NAV analysis and pricing
  • Conduct due diligence on GPs, underlying assets and fund documentation
  • Prepare investment committee materials and support execution through closing
  • Monitor market activity and support origination through GP and intermediary relationships

  • 2–6 years in private equity, M&A, fund investing or valuations
  • Strong LBO and cash flow modelling; fund mechanics (waterfalls, NAV, GP economics) an advantage, not a prerequisite
  • Direct investing or banking backgrounds welcomed; prior secondaries experience not required
  • Sharp analytical writing for investment committee papers
