A Leading UK Mid Cap Market Private Equity Fund Seeking an Investment Associate
A leading UK mid-cap market private equity fund is now looking to add an Investment Associate to their team.
The fund has been established for several years and has made a series of very successful investments in businesses across a range of sectors. They are a generalist investor looking for well-managed and already successful businesses.

The Role
- Active member of the investments team, working on the whole deal-making process
- Origination of new deals in businesses
- Performing commercial and financial due diligence; building financial models
- Working on deal execution –
- Deal structuring
- Negotiation of terms
- Managing advisors
- Portfolio management work
