About the Team
- Focus on corporate finance and M&A advisory for blue-chip international clients.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves:
- Advising consumer and retail sector clients on multi-faceted engagements, including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Joint Ventures (JVs)
- Asset Disposals
- Financing Raising
- Strategic Advisory
- Collaborating with executives and senior-level clients throughout deal processes.
- Building financial models and conducting company valuations.
- Preparing and drafting transaction documentation.

- Associate (1) or (2) status (internal promotion or external hire from investment banking).
Preferred Origins
- Recent or experienced investment banking associates transitioning from other financial institutions.
- Third-year analysts up for promotion to associate this year.
- Track record of strong deal sheets.
- Retail/consumer sector experience is advantageous, though prolific M&A proficiency from other sectors is also welcomed.
