We are currently working with a leading international investment platform to hire an Associate to join their London-based team, focused on infrastructure and real assets transactions across global markets.
This role offers exposure to complex cross-border deals, with a particular emphasis on energy, utilities, and broader infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members on both origination and execution, gaining significant responsibility early on.

- Supporting the execution of M&A and financing transactions across infrastructure and energy sectors
- Building and maintaining detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, project finance models)
- Preparing investment materials, including pitchbooks, information memoranda, and internal committee papers
- Conducting market, sector, and company analysis to support transaction processes
- Coordinating due diligence processes and liaising with external advisors and clients
Candidate Profile
- 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking or advisory
- Exposure to infrastructure, energy, or real assets is highly preferred
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Experience working on live transactions (buy-side and/or sell-side)
- Strong academic background
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
