London | Global Mid-Market Investment Bank | Digital Infrastructure
A leading independent global mid-market investment bank is looking to hire an Associate / Vice President to join its growing Digital Infrastructure team in London.
The team advises corporates, infrastructure funds, private equity investors and entrepreneurs across the digital infrastructure sector, including data centres, fibre, telecom infrastructure, towers, connectivity and cloud infrastructure. You'll work on a broad range of M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory mandates, with exposure to complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

Key responsibilities:
- Support senior bankers with origination and client relationship management
- Lead transaction execution, including financial modelling, valuation and due diligence
- Prepare high-quality marketing materials and client presentations
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Work closely with clients, investors and advisers throughout the deal process
Requirements:
- 4–8 years' investment banking, corporate finance or strategy consulting experience
- Exposure to digital infrastructure, telecoms, technology or infrastructure is preferred
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercial mindset, strong academics and fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
