Investment Banking Associates (1 and 2) – Bulge Bracket Bank, London
We are now working with a global investment bank. They are now looking to hire:
- An Associate (1)
- An Associate (2)
About the Role:
In this role, you will:
- Work on M&A transactions for clients
- Handle buy and sell-side deals for private equity and corporate clients
- Conduct financial modelling for deals and valuation analyses
- Prepare pitch books
- Assist with due diligence
- Liaise with senior-level clients

Qualifications & Experience:

- Investment banking experience, ideally within an M&A team at a top-tier bank, elite boutique, or advisory firm
- Consideration for Analyst 3 level professionals moving into an Associate role this summer
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to produce strong deal sheets
