Investment Banking Associates (1 and 2), Bulge Bracket Bank
We are now working with a global investment bank. They are now looking to hire an associate (1) and Associate (2) to their London team.
In this role you will:
- Work on M&A transactions for your clients
- Deals will include buy and sell side for private equity and corporate clients
- Financial modelling for deals and valuation analyses
- Working on preparing pitch books
- Working on due diligence
- Liaison with senior level clients

- Investment banking experience, ideally within an M&A team at a top-tier bank, elite boutique or advisory firm. They will consider Analyst 3 level professionals moving into an Associate role this summer.
- Great financial modelling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong deal sheet
