Investment Banking Associates (1 and 2), Bulge Bracket Bank

We are now working with a global investment bank. They are now looking to hire an associate (1) and Associate (2) to their London team.

In this role you will:

  • Work on M&A transactions for your clients
  • Deals will include buy and sell side for private equity and corporate clients
  • Financial modelling for deals and valuation analyses
  • Working on preparing pitch books
  • Working on due diligence
  • Liaison with senior level clients

  • Investment banking experience, ideally within an M&A team at a top-tier bank, elite boutique or advisory firm. They will consider Analyst 3 level professionals moving into an Associate role this summer.
  • Great financial modelling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong deal sheet
