What You’ll Do

Write and maintain interview questions, model answers, and grading rubrics across HARDO’s extensive question bank, including:
- Valuation
- M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions)
- LBO (Leveraged Buyout) mechanics
- Accounting
- Corporate Finance
- Case Studies
- Behavioral assessments
- And other relevant domains

Ensure the question bank remains current by updating it for shifts in:
- Deal precedents
- Market conditions
- Recruiting trends

Create knowledge-base articles that teach and break down core concepts:
- DCF (Discounted Cash Flow)
- LBO mechanics
- Comps (Companies & Equity Comparables)
- Accretion/dilution analysis
- Recruiting strategies and tactics
- Real-world case study deconstructions (published on HARDO’s Knowledge Hub)

What We’re Looking For
Core technical expertise in investment banking fundamentals:
- Valuation methodologies (DCF, DCM, Comps, LBO modelling)
- M&A frameworks
- LBO mechanics and financial structuring
- Accounting principles that influence interviews
- Ability to construct and verify model answers independently

Exceptional written communication:
- Clarity and precision in teaching (e.g., breaking down a DCF walkthrough comprehensively)
- Avoiding vague or rote explanations that obscure understanding
Alignment with HARDO’s working environment:

- Early-stage enthusiasm and drive
Candidate-centric relevance: Ideally, previous experience in IB recruiting, either via:
- Internships within IBD (Investment Banking Division)
- Recognised candidate stumbling points in real interview settings

- Employment type: Full-time, independent contractor αρrangement (remote-only)
- Compensation: Competitive market rate, negotiated during interview
- Eligible regions/timezone: Predominantly Mainland Europe (with viable timezone overlap)
- Reporting: Directly to HARDO’s founding team
