Corporate Finance is organised through global products and regional client coverage spanning different geographies and industry focused teams which include Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), and Consumer.

We are recruiting within the Consumer and TMT, you will have initiative and integrity, strong communication skills, commitment, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting wider teams in the coverage effort of key Consumer or TMT accounts
  • Coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance, and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with clients
  • Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis, and financial modelling
  • In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers, and senior investment bankers
  • Utilise sector knowledge to guide production of materials presented to clients and assisting Country and Product bankers on opportunities relating to Consumer or TMT sector
  • Responsible for helping to develop and mentor team members

Your Skills And Experience

  • Relevant Broking and Corporate Finance experience across advisory and capital market products within the TMT or Consumer coverage sector
  • Proven execution skills, complex deal understanding, and structuring capabilities in M&A, Leverage Finance, and ECM
  • Strong analytical approach combined with creative problem-solving abilities
  • High levels of initiative and ingenuity, high pro-activity levels, and drive
  • Effective organisational skills - the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills
  • Able to drive and influence senior, cross-functional, and cross-regional deal teams, interfacing with multiple business partners across business lines and regions
